CharacterIX Personality Inventory at a Glance
In order to understand the differences between people's thoughts, feelings and behaviors and the reasons behind these differences and to ensure that people realize their potentials at the highest level, we started CharacterIX Personality Inventory's R&D works in 2011. With a well-equipped team of psychologists, authors, reporting experts and educators, we have turned our product, a living organism which we constantly develop including its measurement and evaluation process, into a professional system through a comprehensive process of scientific work.
CharacterIX is a next-generation inventory independent of cultural differences with three different question sets (White Collar, Blue Collar, Professional Orientation) that work with a smart algorithm. Thanks to these characteristics, it is an adaptable and comprehensive personality assessment and evaluation tool that can be applied to individuals from different cultures. It is in use since 2015, and hundreds of thousands of personal reports have been created. A study of validity and reliability was conducted with 21,140 people, and universal and scientific research works that will be of high value are currently being carried out. Dilek Yücedağ
She graduated from the Middle East Technical University in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling. She has received psychodrama therapy training and conducted group therapies for a long time. She gave trainings and offered educational programs on dealing with stress, positive thinking, and setting limits. She gave trainings in behavioral sciences in the field of human resources in various institutions and organizations. She is a member of the human resources working committee of Istanbul METU alumni association. She works on assessment and reporting of personality traits, competencies and behavior patterns based on Enneagram methodology, and provides trainings to institutions and individuals on Enneagram personality typologies. Aykut YILDIRIM
He was born in 1968 in İstanbul. He graduated from Business Administration department of Trakya University. Since 1996, he has founded and directed software companies in private sector. He has been working on reporting techniques and smart algorithms according to the needs of companies for more than 25 years. Since 2010, he continuously develops the CharacterIX personality inventory in order to ensure the its use all over the world. Currently, he gives reporting trainings on Enneagram personality typologies to institutions and individuals.
